Eligibility

- Shoes tried indoors only

- Tags & accessories intact

- Original box returned (scuffs OK)

Process

How: Email us (care@rarabarefoot.com) or Message us on WhatsApp (+971 52 764 5001) within 7 days. We reply in ≤ 24 hrs.

Timeline: Pick-up in 3-4 days → quality check 48 hrs → refund/dispatch process started

Eligibility

- Eligibility conditions for RETURN are verified by us upon receiving the product

Process

Refund process to start post successful verification of the eligibility conditions upon receiving the return product. Timeline - 48 hours

Prepaid orders - to be refunded in the same instrument from which the payment was made. Timeline - 5 to 7 working days

COD orders - you will receive a link on WhatsApp and Email to input details to accept refund via Wallet/ Bank Account transfer. Timeline - 5 to 7 working days

New product requested (subject to stock availability) to be shipped post successful verification of the eligibility conditions upon receiving the exchange product. Timeline - 3 days
